The sale in life annuity is a contract by which the salesman (called crédirentier)
yield its real estate to a purchaser (called débirentier)
with the help of the payment by this last of a sum called bouquet,
and the payment of a life annuity until the death of the crédirentier;

Various guarantees are taken with the profit of the crédirentier
in guarantee of the payment of the revenue such as the resolutory action and the privilege of the salesman.

The life annuity can be envisaged on a head (a crédirentier)
or on 2 heads (two husbands for examples)
with payment of the revenue until the death of the survivor of both.

The life annuity can be free (could be immediately occupied by the purchaser
or rented by this last)

or it could be sold occupied by the salesman his life during.
A clause can also provide that the revenue would be revalued
if the good becomes free during the life of the crédirentier
(the purchaser can then rented the good)

The sale in life annuity thus allows selling to improve
its retirement thanks to the revenue which it touches of alive sound.
